Our room was new, clean, and spacious, with a comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen, medium-sized refrigerator. the location was perfect, with easy access to the beach, bus center, and downtown area. The location of this guesthouse was great for exploring the city. It was close to many restaurants and a convenience store, which made it easy to find a quick meal or grab snacks. there were nearby parking lots available, which was helpful for those who rented a car. The room itself was spacious and had a small kitchen, which was convenient for making simple meals. The washing machine in the room was also a nice touch, especially for longer stays.

Only two cups and a kettle were included, and anything else needed had to be rented separately. It would have been more convenient if there were at least a plate and a set of utensils available in the room.

The location was EXCELLENT, close to the wharf for sailing and dinner cruises, and not far from popular stores. We stayed for a week and loved it, with lots of great restaurants nearby. The apartment was bigger than expected and the washing machine and balcony were really useful. The bed was really comfortable and the Internet worked well. The staff spoke good English and were really helpful. It was great value for money and we appreciated the ban on smoking and the quietness of the hotel.
